Each session is custom built just for you. Before your first session, we will talk about your current and ongoing needs and create a plan of care. Each session is unique and can include multiple bodywork techniques including Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Active release technique PNF stretching, Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy* and more.
