Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. If a client cancels after the 24 hour window, the client will be charged 50% of appointment cost. This must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. If a Client No Call No Shows client will be charged full cost of the appointment. I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life and i will work with you the best i can However, I ask that you always do your best to call/text as soon as you know that you cannot keep an appointment. Thank you
